Business Development Coordinator:

Service customer care agent to join our team You will be responsible for managing long-term client loyalty to the dealership via the service office.

We are looking for someone who is adaptable, consistent and loves working with people in a public setting.

First impressions are a driving force in business and therefore, your demeanor, knowledge, and helpfulness are extremely influential when representing London Honda to the public.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Research required information using available resources.
  • Develop and retain sales opportunities.
  • Make outgoing calls (existing customers only) related to various campaigns and achieve specific goals.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints, with support by management.
  • Provide customers with product and service information.
  • Enter new customer information using our internal systems (CDK, Honda E-Biz and Xtime).
  • Update existing customer information using our internal systems (CDK, Honda E-Biz and Xtime).
  • Process orders and cash out clients when needed.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues.
  • Route calls to appropriate departments.
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary.
  • Complete additional administrative duties assigned by management.

Your Capabilities and Credentials

  • Completion of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience dealing with customers is an asset but not required.
  • Must be able to commit to evening shifts
  • Sales experience is an asset but not required.
  • Intermediate level computer skills in MS Office products including Outlook, Skype Business, Excel, Word, and other programs.
  • Ability to work independently as well as be part of a team.
  • Detail oriented, selfmotivated, and resourceful.
  • Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills are required to interact with clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, handling multiple priorities, performing a variety of tasks, and meeting required deadlines.
