This role will report to the Human Resources Project Manager.Responsibilities:
What your day may look like
Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Management
- Process all employee hires and employee data changes within Dillon's HRIS
- Troubleshoot processing errors and strive to maintain data reliability within Dillon's HRIS
- Manage the workflow of changes processed in Dillon's HRIS
- Assist with the configuration of Dillon HR Management systems to support process improvements
Data Reporting and Management
- Support tracking, reporting, and analyzing of HR data
- Manage and respond to internal data requests in support of client proposals and/or other business needs
Support HR activities
- Performs a variety of administrative duties in support of the Human Resources Team as assigned
- Participate in ongoing and new HR projects
- Maintain and update employee files
- Support reviewing, verifying, and processing HR department invoices
Learning & Development
- Commit to selfdevelopment and ongoing learning and professional development
Qualifications:
What you will need to succeed
- Postsecondary degree in a related field
Experience:
Experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite;
- Strong analytical skills; ability to transform complex information and processes into easily digestible information for team members and stakeholders
- Effective organization skills and the ability to prioritize with a customer service focus
- Takes initiative, uses independent judgment when required and has strong problem solving skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, plan work to meet timebased deliverables, and adapt to changing expectations
- A proven track record in handling sensitive information in a confidential and professional manner
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Comfortable working independently or as a team in a fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Experience administering a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) would be considered an asset
- Experience using HR analytical software would be considered an asset
