Here at Aramark, we take pride in the level of service and safety we provide We are seeking General Utility Workers to join the SMU Dining team at Saint Mary's University As a General Utility Worker on our team of other service stars, you'll take on the important task of maintaining the cleanliness of dishes, equipment, and the environments we work in.

Responsibilities:

Assures quality, courteous customer service is provided to all customers
Clean and sanitize all dishes, cookware, and equipment thoroughly
Clean and maintain all kitchen areas as per cleaning schedule
May assist in receiving orders, stocking shelves, refrigerators, freezers etc.
Replenish, rotate, and dispose of food in accorance with FIFO
Adhere to Aramark's policies and procedures
Support team members in other areas as required

Qualifications:

1+ years general help/facilities experience in service industry (culinary, hospital, hotel) considered an asset
Ability and desire to work as a part of a team
Flexible; evening and weekend work may be required

This is a full time union position with SEIU Local 2. The starting wage is $15.02 per hour.
