Position Overview:

As a Clean-in Centre leader, you will guide, coach and mentor associates to be successful as well as focused on customer satisfaction.

In this role as a leader, you

re responsible for the marketing, sales and customer service of the Clean-it Centre location as well as the community involvement and networking required to achieve and maintain the customer base.

We are looking for dynamic, driven and customer oriented individuals who will;
quotations, liaison between sales representative and customers

Supervise and coordinate all Clean-it Centre associates and ensure all operational hours are covered.

Participate in the development and execution of the sales and operating budgets for the retail store.

Assist in the development of the marketing programs for the retail store and to complete mailing and follow up calls to their target accounts.

Accountable for day-to-day operation of the Clean-it Centre including, but not limited to, stocking shelves, daily housekeeping and upkeep,
merchandising and promotional displays

Responsible for promoting Clean-it Centre and House Accounts

Coaching, training, mentoring, and performance management of Clean-it associates
