Initiative Analyst
What is the opportunity?
Reporting to the Senior Manager FSS Onboarding, the Initiative Analyst position is primarily responsible for the day-to-day focus of efficiently onboarding Finance processes to the FSS pillars, which can vary in size, complexity, and type.

_fixed-term contract__ _**_position for a duration of 9 (nine) months. _
What will you do?
- Identify, address, and remediate areas for financial/operational risk using FSS best practices aligned to internal and external compliance standards
- Collaborate with seniorlevel managers, internal stakeholders, Global Reconciliation Services team, and crossfunctional IT/business product owners to communicate and plan project integration/acquisition process changes effectively
- Demonstrate aptitude and eagerness to serve as a coordinatorlevel/support professional on a team that strives to improve financial transaction flow efficiencies across the enterprise
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- 2+ years of core corporate finance knowledge: essential (debit, credit, asset/liability)
- Strong exposure to financial reporting/analysis, including interpreting financial statements and addressing reconciliations
- Operational risk experience: identifying risk and potential issues
- Project coordination and project management experience: adhering to tight deadlines, verbal and written communication, organizational skills, and project presentation skills
Nice-to-have
- Accounting/Finance degree studies or formal designation an asset
- Excel and PowerPoint skills (Intermediate level) an asset
