As the Business Development Representative (Field Sales) at 7shifts, you will help drive revenue on our Field Sales team by reaching out to companies in the restaurant industry to generate and qualify new business leads and get them excited about our product.

As the first touch point for potential new customers, this is a great opportunity to show restaurateurs the value behind 7shifts' mission to simplify team management and improve performance for restaurants.

This is a remote role supporting our Field Sales Account Executive team.


What you'll do:

Conduct over-the-phone qualification calls with potential customers and book in person meetings for the Field Sales Account Executive team
Collaborate closely with your Field Sales Account Executive to work strategically while maximizing their time in the field
Track Field Sales Account Executive's Success and maximize bookings by building off of existing successful demos
Effectively manage lead pipeline by prioritizing and organizing activities in our communication platform (Outreach) and our CRM (Salesforce)
Hit daily, weekly and monthly KPIs, as well as achieve monthly quotas for qualified opportunities
Understand and articulate 7shifts' value proposition and sales pitch in order to effectively attract qualified buyers
Identify opportunities to improve and automate our sales processes in order to scale up the team
Ensure that you are staying up to date with the competitive market, especially in the restaurant industry


What you have:

1 year of cold calling or outbound sales experience
Experience using a CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive etc) or a communication platform (Outreach)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
A track record of achievements or competitive success
The ability to prioritize and organize your days
Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment


It'd be even cooler if you had:
Experience supporting or working in Field Sales
Experience working in the restaurant industry
SaaS experience
Ability to write and communicate verbally in Spanish
