The Role:


This role is a growth engine for the Quaker/Warehouse business with accountability to i) drive growth in the highly incremental Meals segment (with a focus on Cheetos Mac & Cheese and future brand expansion) and ii) deliver channel-specific innovations in priority channels (with a focus on Club & Mass).

Responsibilities

What you'll be working on:


  • A change leader and influencer, this person will build a strategic vision to drive growth in the Meals segment (Cheetos Mac & Cheese, RiceaRoni, Pasta-Roni, Future Pipeline). They will set the agenda and ensure strength of execution to deliver both shortterm and longterm results.
  • Responsible for ensuring the Meals segment has longterm growth strategies and an innovation pipeline grounded in consumer insight.
  • Lead the strategic planning process (Business Review through Annual Operating Planning) for the Meals portfolio, developing strategies and opportunities consistent with brand positioning and equity.
  • Lead development and execution of the innovation pipeline through the Stage Gate and Taskforce processes.
  • Lead the Total Connections Planning (i.e. Media & Communications plans) for the Meals portfolio, working with Insights and Agency partners to deliver effective programming.
  • Leverage the total Quaker portfolio to identify and execute channelspecific innovation opportunities, with a focus on the Club and Mass channels.
  • Responsible for wiring with Quaker US and key US innovation forums to identify harmonization opportunities for Canada across the total portfolio.

Qualifications

Who's a good fit for the team:

  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree (Business degree preferred).
  • 4+ years marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to build growth plans through superior consumer marketing.
