What You'll Be Doing

How You'll Succeed

  • Client Service
  • Provide support to region's Wood Gundy Investment Advisors and Private Banking teams to accelerate the bank's deposit gathering efforts. Assist advisors in determining client/prospect needs and objectives; designing specific solutions to meet those needs, presents the solutions in a compelling way to win / retain balances and relationships.


  • Operational Excellence

  • Initiate deposit sales through larger scale projects/initiatives; collaborate with appropriate Bank partners to assist with the acquisition of deposits. Evaluate, negotiate, and approve exception pricing requests within assigned authorities balancing the goal of maximizing net interest income and overall client relationship profitability while growing deposit base. Monitor and communicate regional competitive trends to regional partners and the Bank's Deposit Products team.


  • Relationship building

  • In partnership with the deposit team, support the Director Wealth Solutions and the Sr. Manager, Wealth Solutions with the implementation of short and long term strategies to meet deposit growth and revenue targets. Assist with the development and education of the advisors teams on all matters related to deposits, including sales strategies, industry trends, etc. Become the knowledge expert in all facets of deposits, pricing, valuation, and the many options/ solutions available to our Wealth clients.

You have proven robust quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with an ability to present findings in concise verbal and written presentations.
