Position Summary_

This role will maintain a clean and safe working environment. Comply with safety procedures including use of required safety equipment and identify unsafe practices and conditions. You will be responsible to clean all soiled trays, glasses, etc. to promote a clean and hospitable work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities_

  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule which will include days, evenings, weekends, with some early start times
  • Must be thoroughly familiar with safety and house policies and procedures in designated areas
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written in English
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
  • Professional presentation, appearance and work ethic
  • Other duties as assigned; in particular moving between positions

  • There is not a set schedule for this department. Hours are casual and based on the number and type of events.
  • The hours are varied and can include early mornings, day, evening, and weekend shifts.
  • The employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time.
  • Works mostly in the kitchen, a smaller working space, with one or two other employees.
  • Frequent changes from fast pace to slow pace.
