To fulfill Pattison Agricultures' vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for a Branch Manager to join our fast-paced, energetic, dealership in North Battleford SK.

As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the achievement of the location business plan objectives and fulfilling the expectations of all stakeholders (customers and employees) for Pattison Agriculture.

You will provide leadership in evaluating, allocating, and managing human, physical and financial resources for the location, while optimizing the profitable growth of the business, the personal growth of employees, and the satisfaction of customers.


Responsibilities:


This individual's responsibilities include:


  • Assisting in developing, implementing, and managing marketing and action plans designed to increase overall market share of the trade area
  • Working with General Manager on pricing of multideals, key customer acquisitions and targeted competitive customers
  • Reviewing weekly call reports and manage staff efforts in reaching expected targets
  • Providing input on trade values and appraisals; reviews reconditioning estimates
  • Managing equipment displays and overall yard appearance and attractiveness
  • Executing the business plan and achieves financial performance, including sales, budgets and cost control, according to established goals for a location(s)
  • Supporting the store's overall efforts to achieve financial performance, including sales, budgets and cost control, according to established goals for the location
  • Ensuring that appropriate communication takes place within and across all departments at the store location(s) which include leading regular department management or all staff meetings
  • Supporting corporate managers in implementing changes in any department within the location
  • Developing and maintaining a positive relationship with all existing and new customers and resolves any elevated customer issues, including appropriate departments
  • Managing staffing and employee development activities for employees reporting to this position
  • Providing input to the hiring, development and coaching, evaluation, and effectiveness of the management team and other employees within their store

Requirements:


This would be an ideal position if you have:

  • Post-secondary education in business, marketing or other related field
  • Combination of education and experience may be considered
  • Management experience in increasingly responsible roles
  • Indepth knowledge of the ag industry combined with a proven understanding of requirements for successful branch operations; demonstrated experience in leading others and successfully coaching within an organization
