Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
Address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive resolution.
Assist current residents with accountrelated questions and processes.
Collaborate with other departments to expedite solutions and enhance the customer experience.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma from a recognized college or university is preferred.
Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries in a fastpaced environment.
Proficient in using customer service software and other relevant tools.
Positive attitude, empathy, and a customercentric mindset.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
