Whiteoak Ford Lincoln is actively hiring an Appointment Coordinator to join our successful dealership.


Your Role
As an Appointment Coordinator, you are the cornerstone of our guest's satisfaction. Your role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure all responsibilities are efficiently covered throughout the day.


You will:

  • Make outbound calls to generate and retain current business
  • Take inbound calls for customer requesting to schedule an appointment
  • Assist with overflow service calls to coordinate appointments
  • Deliver the ultimate guest experience
  • Complete daily Customer Service follow up calls
  • Communicate with guests using all dealership communication platform

Key Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically in all forms of communication.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Ability to operate a variety of vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
  • Availability to work weekends as scheduled.
  • Familiar with CDK and X-Time software.
  • Minimum 1year automotive experience.
  • Ford brand experience preferred
