Responsibilities:

Greet and Direct calls and walkins
Answer, Screen and Forward Calls
Helping the Dining Room Staff at mealtimes
May be asked to assist other departments as required
Ensure security of the Building
Follow established procedures in a fire or safety emergency
Other duties as required

Qualifications:

Experience as a receptionist in a retirement residence or hotel setting an asset
Customer Service skills and Office Administration Skills
Must have computer skills
Excellent communication and listening skills
Ability to work independently and as a team player
Flexibility to work various shifts, as required, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
Must be selfmotivated, personable, patient, service oriented and reliable
