Customer Retention Specialist.

Our Customer Retention Specialist will be a direct contact for our current and new Sales customers.

You will be responsible for responding to leads in a professional and timely manner and assisting the New Vehicle Sales Department with booking appointments.

They must possess strong customer service skills and are enthusiastic, positive, goal minded, and a clear communicator (strong English writing and speaking skills)


Responsibilities:


  • Receives incoming calls and makes outgoing calls to an established client base for all manners of automotive service appointments and proactive maintenance
  • Able to provide value to our customers through effective sales skills and knowledge of our products and services
  • Proactively recognize opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations for change
  • Other duties as required

Requirements:


  • Must be able to speak and write in Fluent English
  • Customers are meeting you over the phone and our Sales team uses your notes to ensure all customer needs are met.
  • Sales or Call Centre experience is an ASSET but not necessary
  • High Energy & Positive Attitude
  • You are the first point of contact for our Service customers
  • Willing to learn on the fly we have a detailed training schedule in place but at times you can't learn something till a client asks for it


  • Solution based thinking

  • Finding alternatives or more efficient solutions is always embraced
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to multi task and handle several databases at one time

Salary:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
