Customer Retention Specialist.

Our Customer Retention Specialist will be a direct contact for our current and new Sales customers.

You will be responsible for responding to leads in a professional and timely manner and assisting the New Vehicle Sales Department with booking appointments.

They must possess strong customer service skills and are enthusiastic, positive, goal minded, and a clear communicator (strong English writing and speaking skills)

Responsibilities:

Receives incoming calls and makes outgoing calls to an established client base for all manners of automotive service appointments and proactive maintenance
Able to provide value to our customers through effective sales skills and knowledge of our products and services
Proactively recognize opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations for change
Other duties as required

Requirements:

Must be able to speak and write in Fluent English
Customers are meeting you over the phone and our Sales team uses your notes to ensure all customer needs are met.
Sales or Call Centre experience is an ASSET but not necessary
High Energy & Positive Attitude
You are the first point of contact for our Service customers
Willing to learn on the fly we have a detailed training schedule in place but at times you can't learn something till a client asks for it

Solution based thinking

Finding alternatives or more efficient solutions is always embraced
High school diploma or equivalent
Able to multi task and handle several databases at one time

Salary:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
