Position
We are currently looking for a _
Program Administrator _at our Toronto, ON location.

This position will be responsible to coordinate and review Program related activities and ensures priorities are established in order to meet government requirements and Program compliance, while maintaining the established Service Delivery Standards.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting the service centre network on its daily activities;
  • Ensures that quotas for service delivery and deadlines are met;
  • Auditing service centres, as directed by the Program Services Manager;
  • Responsible for providing any Program participant reporting requirements to and from the Administering Authority;
  • Familiar with all jurisdictional regulations, practices and procedures;
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals;
  • Liaise with government authorities when necessary to ensure compliance with Program requirements;
  • Assist the Program Services Manager in training if required.
  • Support the Program Services Manager with operational and reporting requirements;
  • Performs administrative tasks to support Compliance Monitoring, including periodic assistance during absence within the department;
  • Answering telephone inquiries and promoting ALCOLOCK products and services;
  • Handle, research and resolve complaints to ensure participant and service centre retention and satisfaction;
  • Research participant compliance within the Program and report of noncompliance to the Administering Authority;
  • Review, report and process of Program extension based on Program violations sent to the Administering Authority;
  • Responsible for completing statistical reports;

Qualifications/ Education

  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers and employees.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Post secondary education, preferably with a business focus and/or equivalent experience.
  • Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a clean Criminal Records Search;
  • Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a clean Driver Records Search;
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected;
  • Understanding of privacy issues;
  • Problem solving skills which require exercising independent judgment.
