About the team you are joining

The Administration Team is a cohesive group that provide training and back up to the members of the team. They multi-task and are strive for excellence. They work to provide IATA employees the fit-for-purpose work environment needed for them to perform their work.

What your day would be like


Welcome visitors to IATA and work with the Manager Administration on the issuance and turn over of access passes produced using the security system.

Prepare and file reports. Handle emergency coordination and communication as directed by the Manager Administration.

Handle reservation for conference center rooms.

Track billing and payment in financial system.

List and track special services liaising with vendors and Administration team members.

Track and record office occupancy lists and work assignments.

Work as a back up for other administration team members.

Complete other assignments as directed by the Manager Administration.

We would love to hear from you if

You have earned a university degree.

You have bilingual oral and written fluency in English and French

You are experienced in customer service, reception and conference room reservations.

Have the ability to work under pressure.

Computer skills:
Microsoft office: MS Word, Excel, Power Point

You are a team player, results oriented, have good time management skills.
