Mister Safety Shoes has been a key player in the industry, specializing in fitting customers with appropriate safety footwear and work clothing since 1972. We are currently seeking an Auxiliary Mobile Footwear Consultant (MFC) to support our client base.

In this position, the Auxiliary MFC will act as a backup to Mobile Footwear Consultants (MFC) by addressing the safety footwear requirements of our corporate customers within a specified territory.

We are seeking an individual who is dedicated to service, as our Mobile Footwear Consultants are committed to delivering top-notch service to each customer.

Salary: $47,500 + 3% commission (with potential for additional earnings)

Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Customer Service:

Adhere to Mister Safety Shoes' Customer Service and POS standards with professionalism
Address customer concerns promptly and effectively
Foster strong relationships with corporate contacts and provide feedback for enhancement

Operations:

Provide coverage for Mobile Footwear Consultants' leave
Support in-store operations and other mobile department duties
Demonstrate proficiency in operational policies and procedures
Handle inventory, orders, and merchandise stocking
Process sales accurately using the company's POS system
Maintain cleanliness of the Mobile
Identify maintenance needs and report to Management
Safeguard company assets following MSS policies
Maintain a compliant daily driving log
Conduct daily truck inspections as an MFC

Qualifications:

Willingness to stay overnight in hotels up to 5 consecutive nights
Prior customer service experience is advantageous
Route sales-driving experience is a plus
D license required; MSS will support in obtaining one if needed
Clean driving record essential
Ability to lift 50lbs
Deliver exceptional customer service to each client
Work well under pressure and multitask efficiently
