The Real Estate Financing group's mission is to support the biggest players in the real estate industry with bridge financing for construction projects as well as long-term financing of high-quality assets.
In your role, you will be expected to:
- Identify and develop business opportunities in your market, establish business development strategies
- Help your clients achieve their business objectives by proposing financial strategies based on the most suitable combination of Bank products and services
- Meet clients' changing needs by adapting and optimizing financial products and sales approaches
- Negotiate the terms and conditions of agreements with clients while making sure that they meet risk management standards and profitability criteria
- Work primarily with the Montreal team, but also with our teams in Toronto and Calgary
Required competencies:
- Based on your academic background, at least 8 to 10 years of experience in sales and business development in the financial industry:
- Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience
- Master's degree and 8 years of experience
- Experience in short
- Negotiation experience
- Knowledge of products and services for businesses
- Strong interpersonal and writing skills
- Experience in commercial credit
