The Jim Pattison Auto Group has a new opportunity for an Assistant BDC Manager to join our centralized BDC team

Reporting to the Director - Customer Communications & Digital Innovation, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience for our internet clients.

As the Assistant BDC Manager, you must be self-motivated, high-energy, dynamic and results-oriented with a proven track record of sales and excellence in customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for leading and directing the centralized internet team.

Our Assistant Manager is responsible for offering a consultative, customer-focused approach to vehicle sales by performing the following duties:

Following up on all internet leads.
Responsible for staff scheduling and vacation approvals.
Meeting individual and department goals
Promoting new business and contributing to the company's customer base by sourcing new customers.
Providing a superior experience and exceeding customer expectations.
Demonstrating high levels of product knowledge and keeping up to date with trainings.
Setting monthly productivity goals and implementation procedures.
