Description
HMMS is a joint venture between St.Joseph's Health Care, London and London Health Sciences Centre, that has been operating since 1997 providing consolidated functions of Sourcing, Contract Management, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Logistics, Supply Chain Systems and Inventory Management for the London Hospitals and numerous healthcare organizations throughout Southwestern Ontario.
As Decision Support Analyst, you are responsible for the collection, analysis and presentation of organizational data to drive decision making and performance measurement.
The development and maintenance of customer facing dashboards, analyzing data and KPI tracking and development is a key component of this position.
The Decision Support Analyst will identify and assist with facilitating the execution of quality improvement initiatives through Root Cause Analysis.
The identification of opportunities to integrate the voice of our customer into our business processes and to identify service quality improvement initiatives will assist to facilitate improvement changes within our organization.
You will provide and coordinate technical support for customer facing reporting tools to ensure a positive experience is established and maintained.
Essential Qualifications
- Postsecondary diploma (Business or Technology related).
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience providing data analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and timelines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Demonstrate initiative.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills.
- Working knowledge of Excel.
- Basic programming skills would be an asset (SQL, Python etc.).
- Knowledge of a Safety Culture in a Health Care Setting in compliance with the OHSA.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in French would be an asset
Immunization Requirements
- Provide documentation you have received two doses of the Covid19 vaccine and a written commitment to follow any future Public Health recommendations and St. Joseph's Health Care London policies and processes related to Covid management in the workplace.
- Provide vaccination records or proof of immunity against measles, mumps, rubella and varicella (chicken pox)
- Provide documentation of the Tuberculosis skin testing
