We are seeking a_
_Special Pack Assembler __to join our _
_Logistics Team__ and help fullfill customer orders now and for the busy season_

Reporting into the Warehouse Supervisor, The Special Pack Assembler will be responsible for ensuring all orders are prepared and shipped in a timely and efficient manner. This person will assemble the orders, while working in safe, efficient and courteous manner. The Special Pack Assembler will be _required to work on Saturday & some Sunday's for 8 hour shifts along with their hours during the week. We have both part time and full time roles open and are hiring to fill multiple positions.

Has a strong attention to detail
Comfort using a computer
Experience in Oracle and Canada Post EST 2.0 Software is an asset
Proven ability to work direct a team of individuals
Excellent Communication skills
Ability to make decisions and problem solve issues

_ This teammate will be accountable for:_

Oversee the picking, assembling and packing of wines and accessories to fill various orders
Ensure all shipments are properly prepared for shipping including attaching a bill of lading and packing labels, regardless of size or quantity.
Ensure components and UPC codes match prior to assembling order. Complete necessary paperwork for assembly.
Report any quality issues, as they relate to product damage, to the Warehouse Supervisor.
Conduct a monthly cycle count to ensure inventory is available for orders & shipping.
Record product onhand and work with warehouse staff to resolve any discrepancies.
Remove skids from packaging area and stage orders for shipment.
Provide thorough and consistent communication with warehouse operators to ensure product is shipped on time.
