work with automation platform marketing- Present results and recommendations to senior level management on a regular basis
- Use database management skills to target customers based on behaviors and demographics.
- Experiment with new technologies and leverage personalization to create a journey that resonates with each customer.
- Confirm that marketing messages are sent in proper form and template, following industry standards.
- Identify growth areas for trigger and transactional campaigns to increase customer LTV by driving engagement and loan generation frequency for those clients who need our services.
- Manage endtoend campaign development, partnering brand marketing, product managers, analytics team, development, and 3rd party vendors.
- Responsible for delivering on the best client experience and wearing your client centric hat to deliver transactional campaigns across the entire customer funnel.
- Develop and deploy behavior
- Collaborate with the marketing team and internal clients to determine and develop campaign assets that will generate the strongest results.
- Work with other business departments and agencies including, copywriters, designers, HTML and database developers, and business development *Qualifications:
- * A real passion for results-oriented marketing and a strong work ethic.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, digital media, web or graphic design, business, or equivalent (or related experience).
- Successful experience where your efforts increased net revenues for your company.
- Analytical and datadriven with experience tracking performance and optimizing metrics to hit sales goals.
- Hands on experience working with different data sets and understanding of data infrastructure.
- Selfmotivated with an ability to prioritize and manage several projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge and experience with HTML and content management tools.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Experience with A/B, test and control, holdouts, and multivariate experiments.
- Experience at a large consumer Internet/ecommerce company or agency is a plus *What we offer in addition
