Job Summary
Experienced lead hand with crew management skills seeking a new challenge? Join Clintar as a Landscape/Snow Removal Foreman.

Our ideal Landscape/SnowRemoval Foreman is a dependable leader, open to feedback, and committed to team growth and success as well as working closely with our Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire crews
Ability to pivot according to task
Ensuring appropriate maintenance of vehicles and equipment
Engage with customers to address landscaping and/or snow removal issues
Recruiting, managing and retaining full and part time staff
Ensure health & safety compliance
Determine work procedures and prepare daily work schedules to ensure quality work on time

Qualifications

Experience as a landscape/snow removal foreman
Experience in landscape/snow removal
Experience in customer relations
Health & safety experience is an asset
Able to lift or move over 25 pounds
Passion for outdoor work is essential, including in adverse weather conditions
