Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Back of House Team Member to join our team.

As a Back of House Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant's kitchen and food preparation areas.

We are also accepting people with less experience for dishwasher positions who can have a hand in easy prep work.

Duties:


  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables and measuring ingredients
  • Assist with food preparation tasks, such as grilling, frying
  • Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistent quality
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in food service or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating portion sizes
  • Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from supervisors
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations and equipment is beneficial
