At Benevity, we are on a journey to build a more impactful and inclusive global community, and we are excited to be hiring a full-time Inclusion & Impact Program Manager to join our People Experience team.
Reporting to the Manager, Communications & Culture, you will partner with people across Benevity to evolve our internal and external programs to boost our company's impact and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) outcomes.

- Work in partnership with the People Experience Team, Chief People Officer and Chief Impact Officer to support the development and evolution of Benevity's impact and DEI programs
- Execute Benevity's impact and DEI efforts in alignment with the overall program strategy
- Act as the Program Manager for MyGoodness, Benevity's own internal Goodness program, including continued direction of strategy, guidelines, features, budget, campaigns, end user support and reporting
- Lead Benevity's Goodness ambassador team, including strategy and structure, recruitment, selection, recognition and program evolution
- Formalize and lead our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), Affinity Groups and community approach to create belonging and allyship at Benevity, including governance, program structure, technology, budgets, educational and community events, campaigns, communications, and support
- Support strategic and grassroots DEI initiatives through execution and program/project management
- Manage orchestration of ongoing campaigns and opportunities for all impact and inclusion related activities, including annual companywide campaigns, disaster or crisis relief, awareness dates and communitybased volunteering
- Partner with Marketing to support the delivery of publicfacing campaigns and communications, including storytelling, disaster response and awareness dates (e.g. GivingTuesday)
- Advance our approach to volunteering through partnerships and community engagement/granting
- Partner with product and marketing teams to test new features to drive further innovation of our products
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of all impact and DEI programs using metrics, data and insights to set goals, track and report on impact and optimize efforts/effectiveness
- Foster mutually beneficial partnerships with external organizations and individuals to support Benevity's inclusion and impact goals
- Ideate and support the execution of new social innovations programs
- Represent Benevity's program through occasional nonprofit, client and prospect conversations and presentations
- Jump in on adhoc tasks and projects with the People Experience Team to support the culture and experience at Benevity
What you bring
- 3+ years of experience in program management, preferably in the social impact, DEI or employee engagement space.
- Experience running impact and social innovation programs
- Knowledge of diversity, inclusion and equity best practices
- Passion for working with ERGs or affinity groups is a must, experience is a plus
- Proven success partnering crossfunctionally and leading strategic initiatives
- Campaign management experience, from conception to execution
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with Benevity's Impact and Inclusion software suite
- Selfstarting approach with the ability to thrive in an evolving role requiring adaptability and competing demands
- Outstanding organizational, project management and creative problemsolving skills
- Proficiency with Mac, Google Suite is an asset
