  • Digital Innovation is an amazing opportunity for a senior professional position reporting to the Director of Innovation and Business Intelligence (IBI). This position is recognized as a clinical and innovation/research applied expert as it relates to decisions about digital innovation and health technologies using advanced clinical and digital technology knowledge (dRPM, XR/VR, AI/ML, CIS, etc.) to advise on decisions related to health technology trial, testing, investment and/or disinvestment based on priority problems or gaps within the digital landscape. This position systematically accesses and provides a comparative evaluation of the safety, clinical effectiveness, costeffectiveness and impact of health technologies both on patient health and on the health care system.   • Digital Innovation will develop and implement an Innovation Evidence Digital Technology model for AHS based on international standards of best practice that supports evidenceinformed decisions about the identification, acquisition, use and evaluation of new or existing health technologies. This role works collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders, planning strategy and organization of the digital innovation activities of the IBI department.

Required Qualifications:

Health care degree and clinical experience with digital technologies. Master's level degree Preferred - clinical or MBA acceptable. 5 years leadership/management experience with applied knowledge in Health Sciences, Information Sciences and Management Sciences.


Additional Required Qualifications:


Knowledgeable and capable leader demonstrating digital competencies in key areas such as AI/ML, XR/VR/AR, digital tools, apps, and Clinical Information System (CIS).

Experience with Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Digital Health and/or Enterprise Innovation Certificate.
