In your role, you will:

Support the CTO and CIO on all financial aspects of their operations, the monthly governance and financial planning
Assess and track cost reduction initiatives on run costs for BIS and cyber security
Support procurement and BIS during major contracts negotiations with our IT suppliers
Evaluate investments required to deliver the IT transformation and their expected benefits
Maintain sound financial controls across all CTO operations : control tower, tracking of actuals versus budget, CAAR presentations
Coordinate financial planning with other teams, risk & ops process and prepare executive financial presentations
Ensure proper invoicing and collection of transition services with Airbus, MHI and Stelia and support legal in the management of potential disputes or negotiations on TSA
Manage the accounts payable center of expertise
Engage and mobilize a team of 13 financial analysts

Qualifications

You have a bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent as well as a CPA designation
You have more than 10 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
You have impact and influence with senior management and strong business partnership background
You have agility to rally people; support leaders to achieve their goals
You have a strong business sense
You have executive presence and strong communication skills in French and English
You can take charge and drive complex projects and strategic presentations
You have a good ability for teamwork
You think outside the box
You develop people and grow talent
