Kingsway Academy is an international high school on campus of King's University College at Western University in London, Ontario. The school is growing fast, and more and more Vietnamese students enrolling in Grade 10-12 programs. We are looking for a Vietnamese Speaker who is able to work at school to take care of students.

Job Title:
Student Services Advisor

Position Duties:

Process registration for new students,

Provide help and services to new students

Manage students daily life

Provide counselling for academic, university admission,

communicate with student's parent in Vietnam

Organize student activities

Requirements:

Speak Vietnamese is mandatory
Working experience in Canadian or Vietnamese school is mandatory
Commitment to providing the highest level of customer service and care
Sense of urgency and good time management skills
Ability to work as a member of a team and also as an individual
Share in the values and identity of Kingsway Academy : deeply caring; ethical; accountable; accessible; expert; integrity
Availability for necessitating work during evening and weekend hours.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese
