POSITION OVERVIEW
The Associate Manager, Growth & Transition Capital provides analytical, statistical and account administration support to the deal team by extracting a variety of financial data and preparing a wide range of documents related to operational and financial activities in the technology industry.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance or equivalent- Minimum of three years of experience in the financial services industry, specifically in the technology industry would be an asset- Professional designation (CPA-CA, CPA-CMA, CPA-CGA, CFA or other designation) is an asset- Knowledge of mezzanine financing and the private equity market is an asset- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail- Knowledge of requirements for financial reporting and general business operations with the SaaS model- Keen interest for the technology sector- Strong writing skills and ability to defend, summarize and illustrate analyses in a presentation format, with sensitivity to the audience- Ability to manage ambiguity and grasp new concepts quickly Strong team spirit Good communication and presentation skills- Bilingualism (English & French)
