Description

In this position, you will report directly to the Director of Property Management, overseeing a Class A property. High quality standards and attention to detail are a must in this role.

You will be tasked with overseeing the Loading Bay and managing all activities with your direct support coordinating and collaborating with security if/when needed.

Some of your core responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities

Manage freight/service elevators, loading docks, and proper parking.
Manage and coordinate delivery schedules for our commercial tenants, construction teams, and residential tenants. Deliveries will include inventory dropoffs, tenant move in/out, waste management, event load in/out, etc.
Coordinate pickup of shipments with tenants, both Commercial and Residential.
You must ensure bay is open and available for the scheduled delivery and/or dropoff times previously arranged ensuring anyone parked illegally is towed to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure the loading dock and immediatesurrounding areas constitute a safe, clean and secure working environment.
Enforce idlefree parking to reduce carbon emissions.
Any other reasonable ad hoc duties as needed for the smooth execution of this position.

Qualifications

Must have previous experience in a comparable position.
Selfdriven, organized, and highly motivated to maintain an organized working environment.
A strong grasp of the English language both verbally and in writing.
Able to safely maneuver around all areas of the loading bay with personal assistive device(s) as needed.
Safely lift up to 50 lbs, stand, reach, grip and exert steadypaced mobility, able to push and pull carts or equipment weighing up to 250 lbs regularly throughout shift.
Bondable and able to sign for packages.
Must have food handlers certification.
