Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our medical-legal team and assist our physician in providing quality assessments and report writing.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct patient intakes (gathering history, symptom inventory, and pertinent information from the patient)
  • Review medical records and summarize relevant information
  • Perform quality assurance for medicallegal reports, including editing, formatting, and review of information presented
  • Tracking assessments and reports and ensuring deadlines are met

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Kinesiology or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Kinesiologist in a clinical setting
  • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Experience with electronic medical records is an asset
  • Experience with medlegal assessments is an asset
  • Bilingualism is an asset
