Are you up for a challenge in the world of high-tech? We'd love to have you on board Eddyfi Technologies is looking for a Team Leader - Mechanical Assembling to join our Production team.

Your daily life:As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supervising the activities of your work team. You'll have to ensure that priorities are respected. You'll be responsible for ensuring that assemblers have the right tools and training for the tasks required. You'll also be responsible for ensuring that workplace safety rules are in place.

In this role, you will:
  • Organize tasks according to the priority list;
  • Act as a technical reference for your team members;
  • Participate in the optimization of assembly with a goal to reduce costs and improve product quality, while enhancing employee safety;
  • Work closely with the production engineering team to ensure accurate and adequate assembly documentation;
  • Target and deliver the required training for each team member;
  • Ensure that team members are versatile in order to meet unforeseen changes;
  • Carry out the tasks set out in the Mechanical Assembler job description;
  • Any other tasks related to production.

What We're Looking For:


  • You have a high school diploma (D.E.S.) or a related professionnal diploma (D.E.P.) or a certificate in assembling;
  • You have 2 to 4 years' experience as a mechanical assembler;
  • You have experience working in a LEAN production environment (an asset);
  • You have experience in personnel management (an asset);
  • You are customer and service oriented;
  • You have good communication skills and are a team player;
  • You have knowledge of SAP (an asset);
  • You have an aptitude for and a keen interest in team management;
  • You have good time management skills;
  • You have a good sense of organization and priorities;
  • You have the ability to tolerate pressure;
  • You have good judgment.
