Responsibilities:


  • Perform area and perimeter calculations.
  • Preparing takeoffs and estimates for assigned jobs.
  • Preparing and following up on proposals and bid forms submissions.
  • Preparing project work orders.
  • Conduct site takeoffs for reroofing projects.
  • Preparing roof condition reports.
  • Attend prebid and postbid meetings.
  • Participate in internal project handoff meetings.

Job Requirements

  • College diploma or postgraduate certificate in an industryrelevant program.
  • Ability to read blueprints, plans and specifications.
  • Must be comfortable handling and climbing ladders.
  • Strong computer skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and pdf editing software.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Good organization and time management skills.
