Always On. We are currently seeking a full-time Bookkeeper to join us.

Position Summary

Anticipated Start Date:
As soon as possible

Job Location: 9133 Leslie Street, Unit 120, Richmond Hill, ON, L4B 4N1

Terms of Employment:
Full-time permanent position, and 30 hours per week.

Compensation:
$28.50/hr

Benefit:
Dental care and Extended health care

Duties and Responsibilities:

Handle accounts receivable and payable, bank deposits, and expense reports.
Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy.
Prepare ledger entries on a daily basis and update financial data in the company system.
Administration of payroll, including processing payroll, issuing pay cheques, calculating source deductions, vacation pay, issuing ROEs and T4s.
Process bill payments for all vendors and suppliers.
Calculation and filing of government remittances such as GST, payroll reductions, EHT, and WSIB.
Production of periodend financial and accounting reports.

Requirements:

Completion of College education.
Minimum one year of bookkeeping experience.
Communication in English is a must.
Detailoriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Selfstarter who can work independently.
Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment.
Computer literacy, including strong Excel and practical working skills in MS Word.
