Job Summary
Metro Infrastructure Inc is expanding and we want you With over 25 years of construction experience, Metro is currently seeking motivated, detail oriented, driven individuals to join our Office team.
The Customer Service & Billing Associate position for OPM (Outside Plant Maintenance) works closely with the Operational Team, directly with Clients as well as; tracks and maintains the customer inquiries and closes off field work.
Duties but not limited to:
- Tracking Customer inquires and issuing our to field for investigation or completion
- Ensuring completed invoices are submitted to the client within the due date
- Other duties as required
Experience/ Requirements:
- Previous experience in handling customer inquires
- Intermediate skills surrounding Microsoft Office (Excel specifically is a must)
- Aptitude for growth, expansion and excellent work ethic
- Efficient and reliable; able to work quickly and within timelines; calm when under pressure
- Strong team player; listens, respects others, helpful, problem solver, follows direction, collaborative. Organized, resourceful, creative and flexible
- Proven attention to detail and accuracy
- Time management
- Knowledge of Construction/ telecommunications would be considered an asset.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal, written, and listening; editing skills (grammatical and formatting)
Job Type:
Full time salary for 40 hours per week (Hourly rate available)
Hours of work: 8am - 5pm approximately ( _Flexibility in daily work hours may be required from time to time_ )
Days of work:
Monday - Friday

Brampton
