About the role
We're looking for
Customer Service Representatives,
Claims Management Services (CMS) to join our growing team
As a
Customer Service Representative, you will provide support for travel and credit card claims with the ability to act decisively and a high degree of autonomy.
This opportunity is a 15 month secondment/contract opportunity.
This role can be based out of our Mississauga ON, Moncton NB, Dartmouth NS or St. John's NL office and requires flexibility to work shifts between the working hours are 8-8pm EST M-F and Sat 9-5pm EST.

- You enjoy pioneering new ways of working and don't mind being taken out of your comfort zone. You are resilient and have the ability to adapt in a rapidly evolving environment.

- You love to learn and develop. You are passionate about insurance and continuing education.
What you bring to the table:
- 1 year experience in a call centre environment (in a queue) is preferred or previous customer service experience with a proven history of strong customer focus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills,
- Being bilingual in French & English is an asset
- Insurance industry experience is beneficial
- Degree/Diploma in a relevant field and/or professional qualification
- Experience within a changing environment and a process improvement mindset
- You are enthusiastic and excited to enroll and take the path towards completion of the CIP designation.
