QUALIFICATIONS Education, Certifications and Licenses**College Diploma or certificate in Business Administration or a related discipline AND some years of experience in a related field
Experience
In office administration
In drafting and editing guidelines, procedures, correspondence and reports
In statistical analysis
In data entry, data manipulation, record keeping and retrieval techniques
In preparing reports
In coaching and training personnel
Competencies, Skills and Abilities
Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.
