JOB DESCRIPTION


See Sight Tours provides tours in 18 different cities across North America with small group tours and private sightseeing tours.

WHAT DO YOU BRING TO THE TABLE?

  • 5+ years experience in administration, preferable for a tour operator or attraction
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Tourism or related field

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the CEO with time sensitive matters pertaining to the administrative and financial health of the business
  • Assist with human resources matters, including process employee and contractor payroll, administering group benefits program and maintaining proper employee files
  • Oversee general bookkeeping functions, working with the Staff Accountant
  • Perform AP and AR duties
  • Performing special projects appointed by the CEO & Executive Team
  • Proactively develop and implement problemsolving procedures in connection with the business.
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO's office
  • Assist in developing and maintaining policies and procedures for the department of administration
  • Working with the team to present reports from all managing departments to streamline decision making
  • Preparing documents.
  • Stay openminded and adaptable in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Working with the office of the CEO on other appointed tasks

  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficient in multiple computer systems, including Google Suite

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree (master's degree preferred)
  • 5+ years experience in an administrative support role
  • This role is Monday
  • Friday, in office, in Niagara Falls Canada
