- Full-Time/Part-Time
- $30-$40 per hour.
- Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital signs monitoring.
- Conduct regular health assessments and update care plans as needed.
- Assist with personal care tasks like bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Coordinate with caregivers, physicians, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Educate clients and their families on health management and care techniques.
- Act as a liaison between clients, families, and healthcare providers to communicate health status changes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all nursing care provided.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Provide training and support to caregivers for delivering high-quality care.
- Hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the province of BC.
- Possess CPR and First Aid certification.
- Have a minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health care or a related field.
- Experience in geriatric care and chronic disease management is highly preferred.
- Possess strong clinical skills and the ability to perform various nursing procedures.
- Hold a valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
