Purpose


The Manager, ER/LR, Community of Practice contributes to the overall success of the
Employee Relations Department by leveraging Employee Relations data to conduct thorough analysis and assisting to draft and deliver trends, processes and technology.

By producing comprehensive data and analysis, this position directly contributes to informed decision-making within the Employee Relations department, the business lines, and corporate functions that it supports.


Accountabilities

  • Champion a customerfocused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
  • Support the Employee Relations data reporting strategy, internally and externally:
  • Prepare data and reporting to support the ER/LR/SOO function
  • Using data, produce materials and conduct indepth analysis to contribute to the identification of ER/LR/SOO insights
  • Aid in identifying trends and patterns in ER/LR/SOO matters
  • Identify and implement analytics solutions to improve operational efficiencies;
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to data collection and reporting
  • Project management and stakeholder collaboration:
  • Collaborate with ER/LR/SOO team, other data partners and stakeholders to initiate, plan, and execute projects related to ER/LR.
  • Advise on Employee Relations matters, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and relevant regulations.
  • Maintain and manage the ER/LR SharePoint (Document repository)
  • Produce training materials to be accessed and utilized by ER/LR teams.
  • Audit & Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure timely and accurate provision of information for audit & regulatory requirements.
  • Assist the Senior Manager, Global ER/LR Community of Practice in creating an environment within the ER/LR/SOO team pursuing effective and efficient operations within his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of daytoday business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct.

Education/Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel) and PowerBi
  • Some ER/LR experience preferred.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a wide variety of tasks and functions.
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving skills and high level of ability to provide expert advice.
  • Project management skills and ability to collaborate with Stakeholders.
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills, motivational ability and strong organizational/analytical skills.
  • Excellent time management and ability to lead several projects and deliverables.
  • Solid experience in data analysis and reporting; financial services experience is an asset.
  • Fluency in English is required, Spanish or French is an asset.
