Description:


We are looking for a
Sales Representative who thrives on variance within their daily activities, and loves providing an exceptional customer experience when communicating with clients and teammates.

As a key member in our sales, warehouse, and administrative teams, you will work to:


  • Provide exceptional assistance to instore customers
  • Assist the Sales department with taking payments, completing transactions, and picking orders from the warehouse
  • Relay delivery dates, inventory, and promotions between vendors and customers
  • Drive sales growth through product recommendations, exemplary technical expertise, and excellent customer service via instore sales
  • Process returns to instore customers through account and cash sales, ensuring applicable paperwork is accurate and organized
  • Function as an integral member of the Accounts Receivable team, assisting with; batching, invoicing, daily deposit summaries, delivery of bank deposits, and the completion of monthly sales report
  • Assist warehouse team members with receiving products, maintaining an organized and accurate inventory, and picking products for counter sale customers
  • Participate in annual inventory count
  • Assist in cleanly and professional presentation of the Showroom

Requirements:


  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in an administrative, or Accounts Receivable role
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience with customer service, or counter sales in a wholesale/distribution environment
  • Previous knowledge of HVACR products
  • Highly computer literate with capabilities to learn and utilize various ERP systems and software

Skills and experience

  • Strong knowledge of Eclipse system and accounting software is considered an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal communication with vendors, customers, and teammates
  • Strong selfmanagement capabilities
  • Postsecondary education is preferable
  • Reliability with excellent attendance
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment is an asset
