The Transformer Studios are looking for a full-time Video Editor to work in-person in our Head Office located in Pointe-ClaireDo you enjoy building creative and engaging advertising spots? Are you the type of person who is passionate about logical sequencing and smooth transitions? Do you love storytelling and have a strong sense of timing, rhythm, motivation and are detail-oriented? If yes, then we think that you should apply
Who we are looking for:
Self-motivated candidate who has the ability to work unsupervised .
Diploma in film production, film studies OR who has proven work experience in Video Editing .
Experience in all stages of post-production; ingesting footage, coloring, sound designing, light compositing, title designing, etc.
Ability to multitask and prioritize their workload in a fast-paced work environment.

Experience:
Video Editing: 3 years (preferred)
Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Premiere, After Effects, Davinci Resolve)
On-set experience (lighting and camera knowledge) is a great asset.
