Summary:

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for duties relating to our Inventory management system (SAGE).

These include downloading and analyzing reports, posting transactions for outbound shipments and returns as well as reviewing and approving orders from our Direct to Home partners.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Upload transaction files from 3PL partner CTDI into SAGE and post them
  • Complete Daily Depletion & Errors
  • Check for pending orders in ETOS and approve or deny line items based on CTDI stock. level and Vendor max stock level
  • Process POs for Sister companies
  • Check Receiving at CTDI and make the necessary transactions in SAGE
  • Update mail out tickets in CRM
  • Ad hoc and scheduled reporting

Education / Experience Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required
  • Previous work experience in inventory management and analysis
  • Intermediate / advanced Microsoft Excel competency is a must
  • Must be able to prioritize multiple important tasks

Other Requirements:


  • Capable of working in the office minimum 3 days a week
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
