Who are we?


Based at Quebec City's Jean Lesage International Airport, LUX FBO (a Chrono Group company) is a fast-growing company operating a ground operations and refuelling service.

Our parent company, Chrono Aviation, was founded in Quebec City in 2012. In its early days, the company operated a Pilatus PC-12 and employed two pilots. Today, Chrono Aviation has a fleet of 15 aircraft and a team of 280 employees.


Role and context


Under the supervision of the Customer Experience Supervisor, the Customer Experience Agent will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of our customers, before, during and after their charter, through all the communication channels made available to them.


Key responsibilities

  • Greet travellers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Check in passengers and baggage
  • Ensure the validity of documents (passport, visa, etc.)
  • Coordinating passenger boarding
  • Ensuring cargo reservations and handling
  • Offering outstanding customer service
  • Invoicing
  • Answering customers on the telephone line
  • Assist passengers with accommodation and transport bookings, as required

Key skills

  • Very good command of spoken and written French and English
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel and Internet research methods
  • 2 to 5 years' relevant experience (an asset)
  • Meticulousness, attention to detail and speed of execution.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Attention to detail and quality of results
  • Autonomous, resourceful and curious

Specific job requirements

  • Bilingual (French and English (spoken))
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in customer service (an asset)
  • Ability to cope with stress and a fastpaced environment
