Set in Whistler Creekside on the shores of Nita Lake, the Lodge offers guests a mountain resort experience with close proximity to activities in all seasons.
The property features 77 luxurious guest suites, a renowned Day Spa, two restaurants and a cafe._
The Guest Services Agent is often the first point of contact for guests as they enter the hotel, and, in helping with luggage upon departure, can also be the last.
You will be a confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude in all you do.
You are responsible for proving guests with their first impression of Nita Lake Lodge and setting the tone for their stay, so positivity and enthusiasm for Nita Lake Lodge, Whistler and surrounds is essential As guests depart you will provide a genuine farewell that will cement the fond memories gained at Nita.
You will also be a source of information on hotel facilities and services, be physically able to assist with guest luggage and, when the season dictates, assist with canoes, kayaks and paddleboards.
Prior hospitality, tourism or customer service experience preferred as is a knowledge and passion for Whistler and all that the area has to offer You will be able to transfer luggage from vehicle trunks to bell carts and to guest rooms, ranging up to 40lbs.
