Job Summary:
This is your opportunity to join the landmark Transmountain Pipeline Expansion project in Valemount. As a Turnover Coordinator you will contribute to a dynamic project team by assisting with required scoping documentation, assembling walk down packages and compiling system turnover packages to meet tight deadlines

Essential Responsibilities
- Monitor all drawings/documents received from the clients, engineering office and/or vendors
- Identify any changes to any drawings/documents based on any "Management of Change" documents received from the client or engineering
- Build packages for internal and client system walk downs based off of Scoping Documentation from the Client
- Assist Quality Inspectors with identifying required documentation by system, and compile these documents into organized packages
- Participate in internal turnover meetings and planning
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in a similar role
- Pipeline construction background/knowledge an asset
- Strong computer background including experience with MS Office.
- Strong communication skills, confident interacting with key contacts in verbal, written and electronic form.
- Able to identify problems/issues and generates solutions and makes sound decisions using standard procedures.
- Capable of probing and listening carefully, presenting information clearly in an appropriate style and persuading others in straightforward situations.
- Willing to contribute actively in team activities, sharing experiences and ideas.
Work Conditions
- Site based position
- Must have a clean driver's license
- Successful completion of preemployment drug & alcohol requirements
