Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of south dishes according to recipes and quality standards
Oversee and manage the south indian department operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
Collaborate with the culinary team to create new menu items and specials
Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Experience:

Proven experience as a South indian Chef or in a similar role
Indepth knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Attention to detail and a passion for creating highquality dishes
