The Position:

Our dispatch team is currently looking for someone to fulfill the Order Entry role.

There are three main components to this position; order entry, processing driver trip envelopes, assisting with various responsibilities within the dispatch department.

Order Entry
- receive and scan order confirmation sheets to electronic filing system
- verify accuracy and completeness of documents
- enter all order information into transportation management software
- process T&E Bonds for loads

Process Driver Trip Envelopes

- examine driver trip envelope for accuracy and completeness, validate receipts and scan to electronic filing system
- remove bills of lading and custom documents, distribute documents to appropriate departments
- track new driver advances
- prepare monthly cash balance report

Dispatch Assistant
- assist in completing documents as required, including customs clearance documents

Qualification and Education Requirements
- detail oriented and organized
- proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- excellent attendance required
- excellent mathematical skills

Preferred Skills
- familiar with transportation industry and customs documents
