- Build and maintain rapport with clients and insurance providers
- Assist clients with various servicing needs
- Follow up on service requests with insurance providers
- Provide industry information to clients and prepare communication memos
- Maintain client information and files
- Research and participate in webinars to enhance knowledge
- Collaborate with team members on complex client situations
- Handle telephone and email inquiries professionally
- Maintain confidentiality with client information
- Work on projects and duties as needed
- Post-secondary education or relevant experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Bilingualism (English/French) considered a strong asset
- GBA or CEBS certification is a bonus
