As a Supervisor, TIS AOS Database and Middleware, you are responsible for leadership oversight of IT technologies, services, and personnel supporting a portfolio of database and middleware platforms.

What you will do:

Ensure secure and reliable operations of assigned components of the Database and Middleware Services portfolio.
Manage the lifecycle of Database and Middleware Services technologies.

This team works with the following technologies:
Oracle Database, Oracle Fusion, Oracle Weblogic, SAP Data Services, Microsoft IIS and other niche or enterprise standard software.

The team provides a range of functions, from platform support to interface development.- Lead the team on operational deliverables to established SOWs or SLAs- Coordinate support for other department projects or work requests requiring Database and Middleware Services SME assistance, or resourcing (e.g., Application upgrade projects) Assess and analyze requirements to provide input for the planning and administration of yearly OpEx and CapEx budgets.- Coordinate the successful delivery and cost optimization of TIS technology platforms and services for the Database and Middleware portfolio.- Be accountable for vendor management when TIS holds the direct relationship; this will include relationship management, critical issues, product/service enhancements, roadmaps and upgrades.- Lead, mentor, and provide career mentorship and local/remote supervision to direct reports.- Maintain knowledge of current technologies deployed in the organization and proactively seek opportunities to broaden and deepen knowledge base and proficiencies.

Who you are:

College or University degree OR twoyear technical diploma
A broad range of experience in IT roadmap planning, process analysis, systems implementation, and operations support
Demonstrable experience with the alignment of TIS and business objectives
Possess a working knowledge of existing and emerging technologies in this area.
Strong in relationship management, consensus building and communication skills; must be able to understand, set and manage client expectations while fostering solid relationships both inside the organization and with external vendors Preferred:Flex-Work
